3. How to Request a Return

Returns are accepted exclusively via postal shipping and require prior authorization:

2. Receive Return Pre-Authorization: Once reviewed, our support team will issue your pre-authorization and the designated postal return address.
3. Dispatch Parcel: Ship the package using a trackable postal service. We recommend inspecting items within 24 hours of delivery and keeping track of postage receipts, as we are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Order Modifications

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an automated confirmation email once completed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges & Modifications: We accept order modifications and exchanges. Please note our daily fulfillment cutoff time is 8:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Contact us promptly before cutoff to request order updates or address changes.

5. Shipping & Undeliverable Packages

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated shipping transit times are typically 5–12 business days following order processing. We ship directly from our fulfillment centers to offer optimal pricing.
• Address Updates: Email info@pure-label.com immediately to update your shipping details. While we make every effort to accommodate changes, updates cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for return processing and reshipment.
